Exactly 2 minutes and 40 seconds?

Where is the RAS server?
How about firewall policies?

We use a W2003 as a dns server and a snapgear Lite2 box. It didn't do
this until last month and now all the computers have a problem with
any VPN connection. I know its a simple setting that I've missed
somewhere that been reset somehow.

I've ataken a machine to a different localion and it works fine, so
it have to be something with our set up in that office.

Do you use Active Directory on the server?
