Event IDs 8003 and 5719 are NetBIOS browsing problems not DNS or AD problems. It will cause no harm on your network other than generate warnings in your event logs. Please run a netdom query fsmo and tell us where your PDCe is. You stated MSG2 but we need to verify. The PDCe should be the domain master browser. On HQ5, compare the settings of an ipconfig /all from that of another DC and note any differences.
