Even if it is possible it is not practical.

You do not want an external computer updating your
(hopefully) secure DNS; you do not want an external
server allowing unsecured updates either.

What is the problem with DynDNS.org? I don't really have
that issue... (to my knowledge.)

If this is a problem AT DynDNS then there are other services
but they have been reliable for me and many others (AKAIK.)

Ok, if you router is the problem that would make sense (but seems
unlikely) -- have you upgraded the router firmware recently? To
the latest revisions? (Generally you should for security reasons
anyway.)

ISA might need ports opened to allow that update. It's just a
matter of finding out precisely what is required to pass and
enabling that traffic.
