DynDns possible between an office server and web server?

We have two servers one is a dedicated Windows 2003 Std. server at a
hosing company, the other is a Windows 2003 SBS in our office.

We are using dyndns.org for dynamic dns but frequently get disconnected
because the router does too many updates for their tastes and they
block us. I was wondering if it was possible to use the DNS on the
dedicated server as a dynamic dns server for the interoffice computer.
I've looked in the help on the office server but I'm lost...must
confess I'm a dns newbie.

One option that dnydns.org mentions and even encourages is using the
application to do the updates rather than the router. I have been
unable to get that to work and suspect the ISA server blocking the
traffic if I could figure out how to configure the firewall...

Any help is appreciated.
