You can also have the secondary servers notify and allow zone transfers the
other secondary server. It is not a requirement that zone transfers come
only from a primary.

Sometimes, allowing zone transfers to and notifying the name servers on the
name servers tab does not work as expected under these circumstances.
Primary and Secondary servers are behind the same NAT device and the NS
records on the name servers tab have public IP addresses.
Secondary Name servers are multi-homed and not all IP addresses are on the
NS records.
