If the zones are AD integrated, all you need to do is install DNS on the
other DC and wait 10 to 15 min or less, the AD zones will replicate.
When or if you demote the other DC the zone will not replicate to it any
longer. Do not delete the zone from the original DC, this will delete the
zone from AD which will delete it from the new DC.
