Obviously, somewhere you have your ISP's DNS somewhere that is giving you
the public IP.
All internal clients must use the internal DNS for your AD domain, you need
to add records for any name not already in DNS for your servers.

I'm not getting a good picture here, is the ISA server also your DC and
exchange server?
How many DCs do you have?
Are these your internal DNS servers?
