MX records at different ISPs

Is it possible\desirable to host our MX records with two different ISPs at
the same time? We have redundant Internet connections to two different ISPs
but our MX records live at one only so we have no redundancy there. My head
has been hurting trying to think if it's even possible to have the records
hosted at two ISPs at once?
