dcdiag error: DsBindWithSpnEx

I'm suddenly experiencig a strange error.
I've 2 domain controllers, both running DNS, called Controller and
Secondary.
The second controller is configured as fault tolerance secondary DNS.

If I run dcdiag on the secondary DNS I have NO problem.
But if i run dcdiag on the first DNS server (Controller) I get the following
error:

Testing server: Default-First-Site\CONTROLLER
Starting test: Connectivity
[CONTROLLER] DsBindWithSpnEx() failed with error -2146892976

Any help? I read KB839880 doc, but it was not useful....
