The Active Directory domain name can be any name you choose. It does not
require to be registered on the internet, but it is recommended to own the
public name if the internal name is a valid name on the internet. For
example your choice joseta.com, this is so you have control of both name
spaces. You can also use joseta.local for the AD name and since there is no
public counterpart available it won't conflict with the public name and
requires less administration.
