I think I understand your problem, The Domain Controller will create a
record for its host name for each IP DNS listens on. If server1, is the DCs
host name, use the DNS management console, right click on the server name,
choose properties, select the Interfaces tab, select listen only on these IP
addresses and remove the IP you don't want the DC to create a record for.

Or if DNS must listen on All IP addresses, it has to be done in the
registry.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DNS\Parameters

On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click String Value to add the
following registry value:
Value name: PublishAddresses
Data type: REG_SZ
Value data: IP address of the server's local network adapter that you want
the host record to be created with.
