Seeing Clients between VPN Routers

Greetings,

I have two small offices connected via 3Com Office Connect Router VPN.
I can see the server (Windows Server 2003) resources between the two sites.

I cannot see the client computers at the remote site and vice versa.
I can map to the specific shares on each PC via RUN->\\192.168.3.2 etc

If I were to use one of the clients (Windows 2000/XP) and turn on windows
WINS replication, would I then be able to see the client computers in the "My
Network Places"

Thank you for your assisstance

Liam
