If you set the Windows' DHCP with the same options as the router's DHCP,
there is no doubt you would have problems.
Use these option:
003 Router <router'sIPaddress>
006 DNS servers, (Use only the AD DNS Server, no others allowed, even if
you only have one)
Optionally you can add:
015 with the AD Domain name
044 WINS server
046 Node type
