Reverse dns delegation

I am attempting to set up reverse dns for a client so that when a reverse dns
request is sent to our name server it forwards to his server for the request.
Any help on setting up this reverse dns delegation so any time a request is
sent to us it forwards to his dns server would be appreciated.

Thanks.
