That looks like a previous DHCP configuration. You can try uninstalling DHCP
and reinstalling it again.

Not sure. You have multiple issues going on. Can we see an UNEDITED ipconfig
/all from your DCs and one from a client please?

The .Net Framework is unrelated to your DNS issues. THis happened to me in
the past because I stopped a .Net Framework update installation midstream.
Is that what you did too? What exactly happened? Look here on how to fix
