Incorrect PTR Records

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have 2 DNS PTR Records that are incorrect. The device names do match up
with the correct address, they are switched with each other. I have tried
deleting these records and as soon as I refresh the zone they are back
again. Does anyone know of anyway that I can delete these records and get
the correct information entered in.

Thanks
