Probably not -- it might make it go away for while but if
if was registered dynamically it will return the next time that
machine re-registers with DNS server.

You may delete it safely but you need to track down the
interface that it generating it.

Look for odd things you may not even be using, like Bluetooth,
IEEE 1394/Firewire, RRAS (modem, or VPN) interfaces, OR
additional NICs that aren't truly in service but happen to be
installed.

You can disable or uninstall such interfaces. Or you can configure
them with proper IP configuration if you wish to use them.
