I would say Svr1 since it holds the Primary zone.
Svr2 would just have a copy and stipulate Svr1 as the Master. Svr3 stub zone
would have just the reference to the nameserver holding the zone. Svr4
wouldn't have anything because it's forwarding.
If I'm wrong, I welcome any corrections.
