Executing "this" (I'm assuming you mean running the dnscmd command to
disable EDNS0), should have done the trick, unless there was a syntax error.
Otherwise, as Kevin mentioned, possibly one of the servers you are
forwarding to doesn't support EDNS0, and/or your router is not allowing it.
