LSA error causing repeated restarts

The negotiate package could not select a secure authentication protocol
because the user provided incorrect credentials or the DC was temporarily
unavailable.

The DC is available.....the only thing that comes to mind is that I set
credentials in DHCP. I'm a newbie and this one's a bit over my head. Good
stuff for learning administration though.
