That's about 75 bytes per record so it makes general sense.

No one can tell your for sure but it sounds basically workable.

The size is not likely to cause any problem -- after all, at less
than a 1 MB it is all going to be in MEMORY cache if it is
used actively.

It's not a small setup, but it isn't huge either. The total number
of queries will likely be the larger issue and that can be handled
up to a point by adding more DNS servers (as secondaries).

How about network bandwidth?

Of course you will need to test and monitor to see if you disk,
net, and CPU can handle the load but it really isn't huge.
