I was wrong!!!

Everything appears to be fine.

In fact there is something on the network that has nothing to do with
GPO!

I found that pinging the machine after turning on or restaring the
system give me no answer for 1,30 minute!

(meanwhile the machine works and IE works)

???? Where can i find the solution ?????
