In an Active Directory Domain environment, the only permitted DNS server to
use is one that supports the AD Domain, usually the Domain Controller. You
should set a forwarder for the internal DNS to your ISP's DNS, but it is not
required. Unless the Root zone has had all the TLDs delegated, you should
delete the Root forward lookup zone, which looks like a ".".
Do not use an external DNS in TCP/IP properties on any member of an AD
domain, in any position.
