You are likely running into a DESIGNED FEATURE (not
a bug) due to the Deep Freeze mechanism. This is similar
to using Ghost or any Backup scheme to restore a machine
to a known state.
After a week or so, the backup image will no longer 'know'
the computer password on the domain (because one of it's
invocations will have changed it and they expire within
1-2 weeks usually.)
Now the computer cannot authenticate itself, nor due to this
it's user, on the domain. The computer account must be
"reset".
[The obsolete method is to unjoin/rejoin the computer from
the domain.]
Reset is accomplished by one of the included or support
tools: AD User/Computers right-click, NetDom, NLTest,
DSMod, ADSI script, etc.
