Create the new zone named "host1.remote.com" You can go ahead and make it a
Primary AD integrated so it will replicate to other DNS servers in your
domain. Create a new host in the zone, leave the name field blank and give
it the IP you want it to resolve to.
If you create the zone using this name, all other names in remote.com will
get forwarded. This DNS will only be authoritative for host1.remote.com.
