Internal website

Hi Guys,
This may be posted in the wrong area, but I am at a loss to exactly what is
causing the issue.
I have Microsoft CRM installed on a SBS2003 server. I have the website
linked to an additional ip address on the NIC, which is NAT'ed through the
firewall to an external IP. I have a DNS entry which points to the ip
address on the server. The webpage can be brought up internally on the
network by entering the address http://crm/. I can log on and everything is
sweet.
The problem I am having is I can no longer enter the ip address of the
website to access it. Only the http://crm/ works. I also cannot get access
by entering the ip address either internally or externally. We also have
external dns set up to point to the external IP address, but this does not
work either. I get a page cannot be displayed message.
I have Sharepoint installed in a similar fashion, and I can get to that site
intenally and externally.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
