NT4 server and workstation - can they dynamically register in AD D

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

Is there any way - with base MS tools to get NT4 servers or workstations to
register dynamically in DNS? If not, are there any 3rd party tools that will
do this?
