sub domain

Hi everyone

We have an SBS using as web server with its public IP mapped to an A record
at hosting company (like this, subsite1.companydomain.com Address Record
(A) 123.123.123.123) . Everything is fine...from the internet, if you type,
subsite1.companydomain.com, the Default website on our SBS will show up.

Is it possible to create subsite2.companydomain.com on the same SBS ?? And
is DNS record set up at the local server or at hosting company ? How ?
