dns errors in sbs2003

i am getting multiple event error messages in dns. event id is 4015 and the
message is:

The DNS server has encountered a critical error from Active Directory.
Check that Active Directory is functinoing properly. The extended error
debug information is "000020EF: SvcErr: DSIS-020D071A, problem 5012
(DIR_ERROR), data 0".

When opening DNS MMC i get an error message in reverse lookup subnet when
trying to look at the properties. It is:

ZONE NOT LOADED BY DNS SERVER

The dns server has encountered a problem when trying to load the zone. The
zone data may not be available in Active Directory, or the zone data is
corrupt.

I have tried troubleshooting to no avail. any suggestions????
