Re: Domain name confusion

I thought that the problems were solved, but another issue arose. The
computers that belong to the domain "abc.com" get POP email from
"mail.abc.com". When they are logged on to the domain, Outlook cannot
receive their Web email.

Can I make a manual entry in a DNS Zone that will send Outlook to the
external "abc.com" for mail?

If I try to view "www.abc.com" from a PC that belongs to the internal
"abc.com" domain, will the Web page be shown? I did not try the browser.
