No. If the machine is www, then the domain would be
"abc.com" (in normal, current terminology), so that the
computer name would probably be www.abc.com

Also note that for a web server it is QUITE common for
the computer (account) name be one thing, and for the
www.ABC.com name to be MERELY how it is known
to those who browse the web.


In Control Panel->System that is the "official" (or account)
name of the computer. It can only have ONE of these names,
but it might hold many web sites with different DNS names.

[Many web servers on the Internet are in fact members
of some ISP domain, or no domain at all and have "official"
names that are unrelated to the web sites they hold.]

It should show whatever is registered within the DNS
zone for the set of DNS servers you check.

The reason I have to qualify this with "the set of DNS servers
you check" is that there may be one answer for INTERNAL
DNS and a different answer for public, Internet DNS which
is perfectly normal (although not required.)
