I have two internal windows 2003 dns servers. I had a server called test.com,
which was an additional domain controller long back. This server was
decommisioned and was assigned a new name test1.com.Though the server
test.com was removed from active directory through metadata cleanup and all
references to DNS for test.com was removed, still when I do an nslookup I see
this server. When I did an ipconfig /displaydns |more, it said this address
is in in.addr.arpa. How can I remove this address from the whole domain.
Thanks so much in advance
