I really need more information on your setup, here's what I need:
You mention DNSreport.com, are you trying to host your own public zone for
your public domain?

Post your AD domain name from ADUC.

Post your ipconfig /all from your DC (unedited please)

Post the list of forward lookup zones in your local DNS server.

I have a few ideas, but I need to see these things so I don't confuse you, I
want to be able to say exactly what you need to do without guessing.
