The site is a subset of ours but I have been told ( by microsoft suppot) that
there should be no issues with that.
ie, www.xxx.com.au vrs xxxyyy.local which is what is registered with active
directory.
Is this true?

The dns server is on the sbs 2003.
Whats wierd is that I am sure that it works sometimes. I cannot seem to nail
what I did to make it work although I did disable the firewall settings (in
the firewall/router) and it seemed to work. Albeit when I reenabled the
firewall I lost my remote terminal services connection (seperate issue with
router manufacturer)
