Domain Setup

I have to host 3rd party software over IIS using SSL. I am not sure what the
necassary steps are to setting up the DNS for this. I have purchased the
domain name already. I need to input the name servers in my registrar, but i
have not yet created them. I know this needs to be done on the Windows 2000
Server. Could someone give me a link (support site) to setup the DNS to host
one site? I dont need to host more than one site. I just need one site setup
to handle requests, and the 3rd party software will be installed a a virtual
root. I have one static ip address, with port 80, 443, 54 (dns I think)
forwarding through the router to my servers LAN IP addrss. The goal is to
have https://www.domainname.com/3rdpartysoftware. I guess I am looking at
configuring DNS and Forward Lookup Zones, correct me if I am wrong. I also
need two nameservers, is it possible to setup two name servers on one server
using one ip address?
