It look like you may have a single-label domain name, if your Primary DNS
suffix is correct. It should match the AD domain name in AD Users &
Computers, anyway.
Single-label domain names require you to add registry entries to all
Win2kSP4 and later, WinXP and Win2k3 to allow you to locate domain
controllers and allow dynamic registration to work for the AD domain.
826743 - Clients cannot dynamically register DNS records in a single-label

Another problem you have is the underscore in the machine name, Underscores
are not a valid character unless they are at the beginning of a name. On the
Advanced tab, of the DNS server properties under Name checking section
select "All names" from the drop down list.
