You can't get it to work?
Are you using the IP address of the local DNS server only, on all NICs on
all AD domain members?
No ISP's DNS are allowed on any NIC, in any position, of any AD domain
member or DC!

BTW, your domain name is fine, it will never conflict with any public domain
name, causing you connection issues with those domains.

Are you behind a router or other NAT device so that your machine has a
private IP on the NIC?
If you are you will need to create a forward lookup zone with the Full DNS
name of your dyndns account e.g. 'mysite.dydns.org' then in that zone,
create a new host, leave the name field blank and give it the IP address of
the web server. This is so you can access locally by name.
On your router, you will need to forward port 80 to the IP address of the
web server, for your website to work externally.
