The only NS records are supposed to be DNS servers that have the zone. If
SBC's DNS servers don't have a zone, don't list them as nameservers.
If this is Active Directory and the zone is your internal domain zone, then
I would say under most circumstances you don't want SBC's DNS to have a copy
of your internal AD zone.
