Very good, I use their secondary DNS services and they are all solid,
and the router I have supports all their services, including Custom
DNS, where you use your own domain. The update protocol is also well
known, and thus is supported by a lot of equipment/software. In the
occasion where I needed to know a bind configuration that they were
using, the support was very prompt, to the point and accurate.
I also use their MX backer which is a no fuss server for use with
secondary MX.
Andrew.
