I really need to see the ipconfig /all for this but it sounds to me like the
IP address that is returned to the client is not the IP address on your DCs
that have file sharing enabled.
You must use only the internal DNS server for the AD Domain on all members
and DCs, no ISP's DNS allowed. Also, file sharing must be enabled on the
internal interface of all DCs, if the DC is multi-homed there is some
registry entries you need to make and manual "A" records you must create in
DNS.
If you will post the ipconfig /all I can have a better picture of what is
missing and what you need to do to fix this.

This is the error you see when something is already listening on port 25 of
the server the SMTP service is on. Do you have a proxy server on this
machine or another SMTP server? If so one will have to be moved off port 25.
