I'm glad you like this format. Just an FYI, it's actually alot easier to use
OEx instead of the web interface to access the Microsoft groups. You can
keep track of your thread much easier and searching is easier too.

As for DNS, if you are upgrading one of your DCs to W2k3, keep in mind you
would need to run an adprep /domainprep on one of the servers in your
domain. This will bring the W2k AD database upto par to the W2k3 version.
Advised also to update the first DC that was created in your domain/forest,
since that machine would host the token for the Domain Name Master and
Schema Master roles.

As for AD Integrated zones, its usually recommended to use AD Integrated
when there is a scenario such as yours due to the additional features it
gives you (secure updates, mutlimasters, etc). Upgrading the machine will
just upgrade DNS. So no problem there. I would change it to AD Integrated on
all DC/DNS servers prior to the upgrade.

As for licensing, TS under W2k3 has changed and now you would need to
purchase the licenses for each client. W2k allows the W2k and XP Pro as
clients without neediung to purchase. W2k3 this isn't so. If possible, don't
upgrade your TS just yet until you are ready to make these purchases, or
just move it to another W2k server until you are ready to do so. Here's more
info on that:
