You have over estimated your problem, convert the zone to Active Directory
integrated. Then you don't have to worry about moving it. The zone will be
replicated to all DCs in the domain with DNS installed.
As a recommendation, you should have DNS on at least two DCs that will never
be shut down or restarted at the same time so that you have 100% DNS
availability. This prevents errors at start up from being caused from DNS
availability on DCs using ADI zones.
