On the Zone transfer button there is a notify button, click the button and
set it to notify the IP addresses of the secondarys. Then if you want to
initiate a zone transfer from the master increment the zone serial and it
will notify the sendary servers to do a zone transfer, it could take 30 min
or so for it to happen but usually the secondary will connect immediately.
