Create a DNS host record with your registrar in the ulnes.com domain account
(register the domain name first), for the name ns1.ulnes.com on IP
195.1.31.121. Once it has propagated which usually takes less than twenty
four hours you can begin using the name for registered domains. To verify
propagation go to www.internic.net and do a whois lookup on either the IP or
name of your Nameserver.

Then you should create a local "glue" record on your DNS server. Probably
the best way to do this is to create a forward lookup zone named
"ns1.ulnes.com" with a new host leaving the name field blank using IP
195.1.31.121.
I see you already have created the zone but the NS record is not correct, go
to the Name server tab of the ulnes.com zone add ns1.ulnes.com as a
nameserver (if you type in the name and click resolve and it gives you the
correct IP, your glue record is working)
