There is a couple of problems here, first in an Active Directory
environment, use _only_ the local DNS server's IP that supports the AD Zone.
Never use an ISP's or external DNS in _any_ position. You need to remove the
other DNS addresses.

Second, this machine has not Primary DNS suffix or Connection Specific
Suffix, it cannot register in the Forward zone if it doesn't have a suffix f
or the zone.
