You can create all the custom zones you want, but until there is a zone with
the name that matches your Active Directory DNS domain name and the Primary
DNS suffix it is not going to work. All three of these must be there and the
names must match exactly.
If you want to post an unedited ipconfig /all, the name of your AD DNS
domain name and the name of the zones in the DNS server the DC is using we
can tell you what is wrong if anything.
You just cannot make the DC or any other AD Domain member query for the SRV
records in any other zone, it just won't happen.
