The MX record for star-kcorp.com is postal.star-kcorp.com, IP address
216.17.239.142.
Is this your corrct public IP address? If not, MX record should be
corrected, to point to the
correct IP address.

Further, the Names Servers for star-kcorp.com are found as below.
star-kcorp.com nameserver = dns3.name-services.com
star-kcorp.com nameserver = dns4.name-services.com
star-kcorp.com nameserver = dns5.name-services.com
star-kcorp.com nameserver = dns1.name-services.com
star-kcorp.com nameserver = dns2.name-services.com

Are all these your DNS servers?? If not the DNS for domain star-kcorp.com
is hosted by ISP.

Further are you using a third party firewall? If yes, did you set the port
forwarding
correct on the firewall, forwarding ports 25 and 110 for any incoming ip
address,
to the same ports on the private IP address of the exchange server?

Also check if NAT Firewall or Internet connection firewall (ICF) is turned
on
on win 2003 server. If any of these are turned on, you need to open the
ports 25 and 110 on this also.
