Hi - thanks for your reply...
I do not find an EVent ID for the message above.
This is a new domain in an existing forest.
I am able to run netdiag / fix on the main server - but
the new one gives a "Netdiag not recognised" error
message ... Do I need to load something? Also can you
point me to some reference on how to interpet &
troubleshoot the report?

NOW.. I also have 2 workstations that are getting errors,
when trying to usrs to workstations groups. The errors
under Select users, Computers or Groups IS:
Windows cannot process the object with name "becky"
because of the following error: The RPC server is
unavailable.
