Yes I have modified the registry to disable client side caching (actually
reduce to 1 second) which is the same as flushing the DNS cache and I keep
getting the same IP order based on username, or so it seems. I understand it
is not reliable but we are just looking to load balance internal access or
our external web servers. All external access is laod balance via an
appliance.
