DC DNS Properties
Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

2 DCs in empty Root, 2 DCs in Child domain.
MS doc says for Root point each DC to other then to self, but for Child,
point to self first. Advice here seems to be regardless of domain level,
point to other then self. Any specific reason? Curious.
